MEMÒRI STUDIO

Memòri Studio is founded by Alicia Chovelon Gautier and Guillaume Thiebaut.

Memòri is a studio whereby distinct disciplines of craft connect, intersect and transmit through questioning and continuing artisanal practices and customs. It is an ode to remarkable traditions and craftsmanship that has its roots in a distinctive area of the Mediterranean basin. It aims to revive and rekindle the collective memory. At the border between the edition of objects in small quantities, the exploration continues around a selection of 20th-century objects and furniture, favouring the unique and unusual with a focus on anonymity. Memòri is a small-scale artisanal studio with the sole aim of integrating a sustainable approach to fabrication and production into its practice.

For collection 13, Ark Kollekt presents two lamps made by Memòri Studio: Azru Floor Lamp and Hjra table lamp.
