By making a purchase from Ark Kollekt (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," "we," "our," or "us") through our online shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

2.2. Pricing:
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price you see at the product pages is for the product(s) only and does not include shipping charges.

2.3. Payment:
Payment must be made in full for the product(s) at the time of purchase. For bigger objects shipping charges will be quoted separately after your order is placed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. You will be able to see the different delivery options and fees for your country at checkout.

Please note that for bigger and/or fragile products, shipping requires special handling. The specific shipping options and their associated costs will be provided to you after your order is confirmed. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the provided shipping quote, which outlines the available shipping methods and their associated costs. Once you accept the quote and make payment for the chosen shipping option, we will proceed with the shipment.
If you have specific shipping requests, such as expedited shipping or additional insurance, please let us know when you receive the shipping quote. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

3.2. Delivery:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

4. Returns

4.1. Return Policy:
You have 14 days following the delivery of your order to regret your purchase. Please send an e-mail to info@ark-kollekt.com to request your return.
All items that are custom, bespoke, or made upon request are a final sale.

4.2. How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ark-kollekt.com within 48 hours of receipt.
The cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange is to be covered by the purchaser. We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

4.3. Refunds
If a return is approved, we will process a refund for the product(s) within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned product(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Faulty Items

5.1. Refunds for Faulty Items:
Please contact our customer support team on info@ark-kollekt.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include details of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g. photos). We will assess your request and provide instructions on the return process if deemed appropriate.

6.1. Handcrafted Objects:
Each product is crafted with care and creativity by the artist or designer. Each piece is unique and may have natural variations in materials and finishes. Please note that variations in colour, texture, and design may occur due to the artistic process and handcrafted nature. 

6.2. No Warranty:
We do not offer warranties for our products. Please understand that due to the artistic nature of these pieces, no two are exactly alike.

We encourage you to treat each work with care and consideration. Follow any care instructions provided to ensure the longevity and preservation of your piece.
