Ark Kollekt is delighted to present two large-scale mixed media works on canvas by Camilla Reyman. A continuation of her interplay between precise, angular forms and the unpredictability of organic pigment, ‘Fall meditations (Stack of four/first), 2022’ and ‘Fall meditations (Stack of four/second), 2022’ take on a mesmerising scale, at once evoking a profound sense of calm and prompting contemplation.

Geometric expressions emerge from natural compositions of bone black pigment, encased by acrylic finish. Driven to destabilise the hierarchy between artist and art, Reyman’s works seek to uncover the agency embedded in natural materials.
