Caisa Leifsdotter founded her design house, Caia Leifsdotter, as a symbol of reverence for her Swedish roots, now living in Denmark. The raw beauty of Sweden’s forest and lakes continue to inspire Leifsdotter, with the honest, high quality of her works reflecting her awe for the landscapes from which she sources her materials. Alongside her leading authority in bespoke cabinetry, personalised home design and sculptural objects, Leifsdotter also designs mouthblown glassware, hand-crafted in the Northern Sealand, reflecting the skill and dedication of traditional Danish craftsmanship.

Innovation emerges from the creative director’s vision when her deep respect for ancient European architecture—informed by generations of artisans and architects in her family—blend with modern aesthetics to create works that are timeless, enduring.

Ark Kollekt presents a curated selection of Caia Leifsdotter’s mouthblown glassware for Collection 16. Each glass is mouth-blown at a local glassblower’s workshop in Rågeleje, Northern Sealand, reflecting the dedication and skill of traditional Danish craftsmanship.
