To celebrate 10 years of collaboration with designer Luca Nichetto, &Tradition launches a limited edition Lato table – a design formed by craft and sentiment.

Shaped by a memory of the sweets his grandmother would give him as a child, the origins of Lato are linked to Luca Nichetto’s heritage. Its form, reminiscent of an inverted lollipop, is graphic and poetic in equal measure, defined by a solid stone base and a slender stem that reaches up towards a rounded tabletop.

Produced in just 100 pieces, the limited-edition Lato retains its sculptural beauty whilst introducing a fresh material expression. A milky onyx base draws on the language of precious gems, a recurring theme throughout Nichetto’s design universe, and the natural variation of the stone ensures each table is entirely unique. A brushed steel table top introduces a modern yet industrial edge.
