Ark Kollekt presents five sculptures by Michel Normann from his series Shape of Women per Intuition, as part of Collection 14: Serena, Valcurie, Frigg, SIF and SKADI.

In this series, Michel explores the power of intuition captivating the woman shapes in motion. Emphasis is placed on not telling specific stories but focusing exclusively on the feelings that arise in the encounter and fascination of shapes in motion. A curiosity for sculptural expression and a call to consider, feel, touch and sense.

Named for her fierce and fearless nature, Valcurie embodies an unstoppable spirit.

Cast in bronze with a dark Ocean patina, the sculpture was shaped in 2024 and cast the same year by Skulptur Støberiet in Svendborg, using a lead- and zinc-free process.
