For Collection 14, Ark Kollekt presents a trio of sculptures that explores the theme of water in its many states designed by Dominique Mercadal: Waterfall, Water Fountain and Seascape. With soft, flowing contours and textured striations, each form evokes movement held in stillness - a moment of nature made permanent.

Formed in white engobed and polished in stoneware, Seascape, arches gracefully, suggesting the flow and descent of water in motion. The parallel striations carved along its curved surface evoke the constant streaming of falling water - layered, rhythmic, and directional. There’s both gravity and grace in its stance, as if a moment of downward motion has been caught and stilled.
