For Collection 16, Lise Bang Pedersen presents two works on canvas, crafted from old record covers been transformed into new avenues of storytelling. The music no longer plays, but the material still carries its history in the layers, the surface, and the graphic forms.

Bang Pedersen work with reused materials that have already lived a life, discovering new meanings from re-imagined contexts. The work explores rhythm and repetition – much like music – but here created through visual elements where the raw and the refined meet.
