Nendel Ceramics is a project initiated by designer Lene Nendel, who comes from a background in furniture and industrial design. Her practice bridges function and form through a tactile, intuitive approach to clay. By infusing her work with elements from the natural world, Lene creates a harmonious balance between materiality, utility, and sculptural expression.

For Collection 14, Ark Kollekt presents four works by Lene Nendel. Every piece is unique and crafted by hand.

Made from light stoneware with lava stone, Object No. 09 has a slightly structured profile, balanced by the organic softness of its finish. The matte glaze unifies the surface, allowing the character of the clay and the spontaneity of the form to remain central to the piece’s expression.
